Responsibilities of the Selected Candidates

Selected candidates will be responsible for the leading projects through the entire protein crystallization process that includes construct design, protein purification, and characterization, crystallization of protein and X-ray data collection, structure determination and analysis, etc. candidate will also be working with molecular biologist and protein biochemist in a team named as protein technology team.

Qualifications

Candidates are required to have a doctorate degree or master’s degree with 5 years of scientific experience or Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of scientific research experienced, but the Ph.D. in protein biochemistry/crystallography graduate will be given preference. The candidate must also have proven ability to design and perform experiments from protein expression to structure determination, knowledge in membrane protein and structural biology techniques like construct designing, expression, purification, and crystallization.

They must also be an expert in protein biochemical and biophysical characterization, experienced in X-ray free electron laser and/or cryo-EM with excellent presentation skills that can enhance team-based progress.
